When We Worship runs Thursday–Saturday, August 27–29, 2026 at Eden Resort & Spa, 222 Eden Road, Lancaster, PA 17601. The weekend opens Thursday at 6PM and closes Saturday at 2PM.
The non-refundable conference fee is $100 for adults, $50 for youth (12–17), and $25 for children. It covers your conference materials and event space for the weekend.
All conference fees are non-refundable, so please plan accordingly before submitting your payment.

Business casual is a great fit for the evening services, and comfortable, casual clothes are perfect for prayer times, meals, and the daytime sessions. Come ready to worship.
Meals aren't part of the conference fee, but you can add the optional Meal Package during registration: a full buffet breakfast and dinner on Friday, plus a continental breakfast on Saturday. It's $125 for adults (18+), $103 for youth (13–18), and $69 for children (4–12). Please add it by Wednesday, August 26 so the hotel has an accurate headcount.
