These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of whenweworshipretreat.com and your registration for the When We Worship retreat, presented by VL Ministries. By using the site or registering, you agree to these Terms.

Registration

When you register, you agree to provide accurate information. Registration is confirmed once required details and any applicable payment are received. Lodging and meal options are subject to availability.

Payments & refunds

Registration fees, lodging, and meal charges are as stated during registration. Any refund policy specific to the retreat will be communicated to you; please contact us with questions.

Text message program

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive retreat-related text messages from When We Worship (schedule updates, reminders, and a feedback link). Message frequency is low and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it without authorization, or misuse any content.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by VL Ministries and may not be copied or used without permission, except as needed to use the site for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and retreat are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VL Ministries is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at the retreat.
